New for 2017 – Tai Chi Classes Now at Clayton!

Great News!  To help people in Clayton experience the harmony and health benefits of regular Tai Chi practice, weekly beginner classes will be available from the Clayton Positive Ageing Activity Centre, starting from 13th January.

Held every Friday between 2pm – 3pm at 19 Mary Street in Clayton, you can learn Tai Chi in a friendly and welcoming environment. Regular Tai Chi practice can help promote and improve:

  • Joint mobility
  • Balance
  • Concentration
  • Relaxation
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Co-ordination
  • Strength and Posture

We are a not-for-profit health service provider funded by both the State and Commonwealth Governments. We have six sites, Chadstone, Clayton, Glen Waverley, Oakleigh, Brighton and Mulgrave. Some of our services attract a set fee, others are FREE of charge, and all our profits go back into improving and expanding services for you.
